Missy Bryant returned to her native Pennsylvania in August 2010 when she joined the Ursinus community. She earned a BA in History from Susquehanna University in 1996 and an MA in Military and Naval History from the University of Alabama in 1999. She has worked in Student Affairs at the University of Alabama, LeMoyne College and most recently, Southern Methodist University where she served as the Director of New Student Orientation and Student Support. In addition to her role as the Director of First-Year Programs, Ms. Bryant also works with judicial affairs, retention and serves as a Duty Dean.

A Crimson Tide fan, Ms. Bryant LOVES Alabama football, spending time with her family and friends, and running with her dog, Dixie. She, along with her husband and son, enjoy living close to campus and taking advantage of all Ursinus has to offer.

Ms. Bryant says “Working at Ursinus is like being part of a family. It is exciting to see us growing together and constantly changing.”
