Chair Challenge 2013
The Chair Challenge is designed to increase the amount of N.E.A.T. (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis/Time) employees perform during working and nonworking hours. The Chair Challenge encourages employees to take N.E.A.T. physical activity breaks throughout the day. Performing these types of breaks will help with refocusing and clearing the mind, reduce stress levels, enhance blood flow and caloric burning, and provide a multitude of other physiological, social, emotional and intellectual benefits!
