Guest Information and Tickets

All registered graduates of the Class of 2020 have been issued their tickets to the email account on file with the college. If you do not see the tickets in your primary inbox, please check your spam/junk folder as many tickets have been filtered there.

Each graduate has pre-registered two guests for the Commencement ceremony. Any guest who has not been pre-registered to attend the ceremony will not be permitted on campus and will be asked to leave. No exceptions can be made.

Members of the Class of 2020 will not be permitted on campus prior to Sunday, May 16.

Ceremony gates will open for guests to begin taking their seats at 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 16.

Graduates will receive their guests e-tickets via email from Tix.com, our ticketing services provider. Once you receive them, please distribute them to all of your guests. Tickets will be scanned upon entry and can be physically printed or pulled up on an electronic device.

If you or one of your guests have accessible seating needs, please email commencement@ursinus.edu.

Parking

Parking for the ceremony will be available in the Ninth Avenue lot on the west side of campus. Parking is also available in the Wismer Center lot and the parking lot closest to the facilities building on the east side of campus. Both of those lots can be accessed via Fifth Avenue.

Persons with a disability parking placard can park in front of Patterson Field in a designated area at the front of the Wismer lot. This lot can be accessed via Fifth Avenue.

Physical Distancing and Masks

Although many outdoor restrictions have been relaxed—and many of you may even be vaccinated by now—it is important to remember that the ceremony will still involve a large number of people, including graduates and their guests and faculty and staff. Therefore, we’re maintaining strict physical distancing and mask-wearing measures. Everyone attending the ceremonies will be required to wear a mask for the entirety of their time on campus.

Livestream

Weinvite anyone who won’t be on campus to watch a livestream of the ceremony at https://ursinus.edu/2021LiveStream.
