In these uncertain times, we’ve heard many students’ and families’ plans and priorities have shifted in terms of what they want or need from their college experience. If you’ve been thinking of transferring to Ursinus, we’d like to help make that decision easier. If you have been admitted to Ursinus in the past and are now looking to transfer to Ursinus for August, we will honor the merit scholarship you were awarded at the time of your first-year acceptance. If, however, you stand to earn a greater merit scholarship through your new status as a transfer student, we will award you that merit scholarship instead. While we cannot guarantee previously awarded tuition exchange, you can reapply for tuition exchange if you are still eligible through your home institution. Specialty scholarships are excluded, and need-based aid previously awarded is subject to change based on your updated EFC as determined by the FAFSA.
Most successful transfer candidates have achieved a GPA of 3.0 or higher and are students in good standing at their previous college or university.
