Whether you are at a two-year college looking to continue your education, or a four-year college and looking for a place that is more “you,” Ursinus has the resources and support to help make your next college feel like home.
Most successful transfer candidates have achieved a GPA of 3.0 or higher and are students in good standing at their previous college or university.
Phi Theta Kappa: $35,000/year
Transfer students who are members of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society will receive a $35,000/year merit scholarship.
MCCC: $30,000/year
Montgomery County Community College graduates who achieve a 3.0 cumulative GPA in their Associates Degree will be awarded a $30,000/year merit scholarship.
Transfer Ursinus Scholarship: $24,000-$30,000/year
All students are reviewed for eligibility to receive at least $24,000-$30,000/year.
As a former admitted student, we will honor the merit scholarship you were awarded at the time of your first-year acceptance for fall 2023. If, however, you stand to earn a greater merit scholarship through your new status as a transfer student, we will award you that merit scholarship instead.
**While we cannot guarantee previously awarded tuition exchange, you can reapply for tuition exchange if you are still eligible through your home institution. Specialty scholarships are excluded, and need-based aid previously awarded is subject to change based on your updated EFC as determined by the FAFSA.
