Janet Biggs’ Imagination and Desire in a Northern Landscape centers on the Norwegian archipelago of Svalbard in the Arctic Circle. In her three videos, Biggs explores ideas of grief, destruction, hope, and beauty in a heroic landscape that will vanish within our lifetimes.
