Major Sophie Snapp presents paper at Intercollegiate Art History Conference

In April Sophie Snapp presented her research at the Pennsylvania Intercollegiate Art History Conference.

Sophie Snapp, an Art & Art History Major and rising senior, presented her paper, Trapped in a narrative: redefining perceptions of women in art at the 2016 Pennsylvania Intercollegiate Art History Symposium at Bloomsburg University. This annual conference brings together students and faculty from colleges and universities in the Central Pennsylvania area including: Arcadia, Bloomsburg, Bucknell, Dickinson, Franklin & Marshall, Gettysburg, Juniata, Lebanon Valley, Lycoming, Messiah, Muhlenberg, Penn State, Susquehanna and Ursinus. Professor Deborah Barkun and Sophomore Major Yanlin Li accompanied Sophie to support her and to meet Art History peers from other Pennsylvania institutions.
