Garrett Bullock ’20 earns Watson Fellowship

IR major selected for prestigious post-graduate fellowship

Garrett Bullock ’20, an International Relations and History double-major, earned a coveted Thomas J. Watson Fellowship for 2020-2021. This fellowship is a is a one-year grant for purposeful, independent exploration outside the United States.

Bullock will be examining the cultural impact of drumming across the world. As an international relations major, he has been conducting summer fellows and honors research on China’s role in Latin America. He has also served on the Ursinus delegation to the National Model United Nations conference in 2018 and 2019.
