Pamela Panarella

Pamela is responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive events and alumni relations strategy to align with Ursinus’s mission, to enhance its reputation and visibility, and to generate revenue through major fundraising events and programs.


Pamela has been a member of the Ursinus College Advancement Department for nearly 10 years. Most recently as executive director of alumni relations where she was responsible for the college’s alumni and parent engagement program.

Previously she had been director of College Events, where she was responsible for signature college, academic and advancement events. She is an Advancement professional with over 18 years of higher education experience. Prior to joining Ursinus she was the Director of Special Events at Immaculata University. Before transitioning into academia, Pamela worked as a marketing communications specialist for a Fortune 500 energy company based out of Akron, Ohio.

In her free time, she is an avid yogi, enjoys the outdoors and travel. Pamela and her husband, Alex live on a working Christmas tree farm in Schuylkill County near Hawk Mountain Sanctuary with their two cats, Josie and Barney.
