One thing you didn’t know about college coming in?: I wasn’t aware of how supportive professors and faculty would be to helping you achieve your goals. Whether you know the professor well or not, his or her door is always open to help you.

Why did you choose to work at the Ursinus Institute for Student Success (ISS)?: I chose to work at the ISS because it’s a supportive work environment, and it’s a place where I can help other students on campus.

What’s the impact of ISS on the college in your opinion?:  I think the ISS offers a safe space for students to voice their academic concerns and provides the foundation to help students build confidence in their academic ability in order to achieve their goals. Everyone can succeed and the ISS will help one do that.
