Departmental Printers

Ursinus departments have access to Multi-Function Printers (MFPs).  These devices can print, copy, scan, and some include other functions depending on department requirements.

Printing to your department printer is the default for most faculty and staff, but options include:

Adding the ability to print to other printers with approval.

Printing to multiple printers and choosing which department should be charged for the print job, if you work or assist in more than one department.

Sending a print job and have your print job wait until you log in or scan your ID at the printer before the print job prints out - each printer has a physical keyboard for entering info, plus a scanner for ID scanning.
