Become a Resident Advisor
Resident Advisors (RAs) are enthusiastic student leaders who have direct influence on campus culture and develop valuable skills in areas such as communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and time management.
They introduce new students to campus life, serve as peer helpers, and build community within the residence halls. Primarily, they create communities that enable students to grow personally, intellectually and socially. Their initiatives reflect our Student Affairs values of respect, personal responsibility, communication, service, and social justice.
Our selection process is designed to help you meet new people, learn more about yourself, and practice important interviewing skills. If you feel you’re a good fit for the position, join us for a mixer to meet current RAs, ask questions, and learn more about being an RA at Ursinus.
All applicants must attend a mixer. We hope to see you there
